The Participant

Organizations select and approve women for one of our 3 development programs based on their current role, the future potential of the candidate and the business need to develop excellent women leaders.

The Manager

To facilitate the shifts and changes needed for managers to become all-in players in achieving gender parity, we actively involve them when a woman participates in one of our programs.

The Mentor
