- Do you need a copy of the invoice mailed? (if not, invoice is attached to confirmation email)
- Is a purchase order needed? (Leave blank and contact us if you’re unsure - we will add #)
- Check & Credit Card payment accepted. Make sure to check credit limit will cover fee and billing address is correct.
