Rosina L. Racioppi, Ed.D
President & CEO
Rosina L. Racioppi has more than 25 years of experience in organizational planning and development, compensation and benefit, training and development, safety, quality management, staffing and employee relations. She comes from a background of executive management positions in human resources at Degussa Corporation, Nextran and Beechwood Data Systems.
As President and CEO of WOMEN Unlimited, Dr. Racioppi is actively involved in helping organizations meet the challenges of a continually changing global economy. Working with leading organizations, she assesses and updates offerings to their high-potential women, and spearheads her organization’s initiative to help companies cultivate the talent they need for ongoing growth and profitability.
Dr. Racioppi is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Managers, The American Society of Training and Development and The New Jersey Human Resources Planning Group. She also serves on the Advisory Council for the University of Pennsylvania CLO Alumni Network.
Nina M. Dougar, CPA
Responsible for directing and coordinating WOMEN Unlimited’s financial objectives and obligations, Nina M. Dougar executes the organization’s strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. Prior to her position at WOMEN Unlimited, Dougar was the only female partner at Charles Hecht and Company, a distinguished New York accounting firm. She then founded Nina M. Dougar, Certified Public Accountants in 1996.
Jean M. Otte
During her 30-year career, and prior to founding WOMEN Unlimited, Jean M. Otte held management positions with McDonald’s, Gillette and The Bell System before eventually becoming an officer and Corporate Vice President for National Car Rental.
In addition to authoring “Changing the Corporate Landscape: A Woman’s Guide to Cultivating Leadership Excellence” and co-authoring “Women Are Changing the Corporate Landscape,” Otte is a past president of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP), and was selected and received certification as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1992.
In recognition for her efforts in helping women cultivate leadership excellence, Otte has been honored by Lifetime Television, The Committee for 200, the Y.M.C.A. and Girls Inc. She is also frequently requested to be a keynote speaker for organizations and governmental agencies worldwide.
VP Global Learning & Development
Amy Gonzales oversees the development and management of WOMEN Unlimited’s programs globally to ensure they align with and support the corporate partners’ strategies to advance women in a continually changing environment. In addition to her work with WOMEN Unlimited, Gonzales runs a consulting practice, AG Leadership, which focuses on leadership effectiveness and communication. Possessing the ability to build rapport and powerful dialogue with both new managers and senior executives, Gonzales’ coaching style is direct, perceptive and always practical.
Ann Calello Groccia

Ann Calello Groccia spent 20 years at Fidelity Investments where she excelled in numerous leadership roles before founding Calello Groccia Consulting. Groccia’s diverse background strongly influences her clients’ successes in the corporate world. At WOMEN Unlimited, Groccia has a passion for working with newly appointed managers and their teams.
