At WOMEN Unlimited, Inc. we constantly monitor the effectiveness of our development programs, from the perspectives of both participants and our corporate
partners/managers. The results of a recent survey reiterated the corporate-wide benefits of participation in a WOMEN Unlimited program.
- Managers of LEAD participants noted that these women were more effective in their utilization of mentors and networks, had increased confidence in their own abilities, and were thinking strategically by staying focused on what is important to the business.
- Participants in our LEAD programs told us that their top areas of development were leadership presence, strategic thinking, and understanding the importance of networking and strategic professional relationships.
- Participants in our TEAM programs told us that their top areas of development were building relationships, exhibiting confidence, and communicating clearly and concisely. Their managers reported the same top three results!
