The WOMEN Unlimited, Inc. Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program is specifically designed to accelerate the leadership development and effectiveness of high potential mid-level managers with a minimum of seven years experience in a supervisory capacity.

COST
$6,250 per participant for full twelve-month development program.
Fee covers all assessments, monthly workshop workbooks and other materials,
continental breakfasts, luncheons, special graduation event, and one-year
membership in the Alumnae Network.
SELECTION AND QUALIFICATIONS
A company may select and approve a maximum of five women to participate
in a particular 12-month LEAD program.
Participant criteria includes:
- High potential - Women who are achievement-oriented and have the leadership potential to continue to be successful in their organization
- High achievers - Women usually rated as frequently/consistently exceeding position requirements
- Experienced - Women with management experience - minimum of seven years
- Committed to ongoing professional development - Women who have a desire to further enhance their leadership skills, and are willing to invest in their own growth and development
- Proactive in the feedback process - Women who ask for and are open to feedback, willing to interact with a peer group of other high achieving women, and able to give and receive feedback from peers and mentors
- Accountability - Women who will invest their time to participate in all program components during the year and will be accountable for their own progress
- Manager support - Women whose managers fully support their participation in the program and are willing to provide assistance in their leveraging the program learnings into the work environment

Women Unlimited, Inc. is proud to provide scholarships to women leaders from Not-for-Profit organizations whose missions are focused on women’s initiatives. Our nationwide programs include one scholarship recipient per class.
