Since 1994, Women Unlimited, Inc. (WUI), has worked with a distinguished roster of corporate partners to develop human potential and the leadership skills that are needed to deliver powerful business results. Our goal is to help build a workforce that empowers each person to contribute to the health and well being of their coworkers, their organizations, and themselves.
The core programs in WUI’s curriculum provide powerful development for high potential women in every level of management through strategically targeted workshops, mentorships, and ongoing alumnae participation. At the same time, we offer unique services directly to our corporate partners, including leadership development tools and techniques, relevant research data, and other services to assist you in your ongoing commitment to developing your high potential employees.
Our Corporate Partnerships are a critical aspect that differentiates WUI. Unlike leadership development programs which typically offer short-term training sessions to benefit the participant, the WUI approach is based on long-term relationships with the participant, her manager, and the organization.
The success of these relationships hinges upon setting clear, mutual expectations upfront and making the commitment to meeting those expectations on an ongoing basis. By engaging with each other in this way, we ensure our Corporate Partners derive the maximum benefit from the relationship.
